Description
Print this doodle style journal planner page as many times as you like. It’s a personal S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting page designed just for you.
It’s reality. People often don’t meet their goals because of lack of clarity or specificity. Using the SMART goal setting method helps ensure goals are precisely specified and reachable within a certain amount of time. Break each goal down by reviewing how it aligns in 5 categories:
- Is it specific enough? Really narrow it down here.
- Can you measure it’s success? They should have an objective measurable element to them.
- Is it actually achievable? Your goal shouldn’t be too big and overwhelming. Break it down to achievable steps, like mini goals of sorts.
- Is it also realistic? Even if you can do something to reach your goal, will you realistically commit to it?
- What time frame do you want to reach your goal? A goal that drags on is a goal rarely achieved.
