That’s what happened to me.

A spouse who felt like she was wearing a MASK in her marriage. Been there.  The employee who felt stuck in her job and forced to tamp down her potential. Been there, too.

I took my experiences of being someone other than who I should have been and created a blueprint to help others find their way back to their authentic selves, and darlin’, you’re just beautiful, the real you! Today, I know what it takes to put aside who I’m not in order to find and create my best self in Jesus with a life full of excitement, fun, joy, peace, and love.

About The Workshop Course

In today’s fast paced world, it’s easy to lose yourself amid the expectations of many around you. If you can slow down and evaluate where your focus is and where it should be, thus growing to be your true self as God intends for you, you’ll find that others are naturally drawn to your authenticity. Plus, you’ll feel better about yourself, your relationship with God, and increase your self-confidence.

With so much recent research and attention to greater happiness, most are looking for ways to feel more satisfied with life. Little know that a relationship with Jesus is what determines your joy and your identity. By growing closer to Him, you learn to see yourself through His eyes and regain your worth as a person in your community. It requires some self-work to release your inner shadows to Christ, so in this workshop you will deep dive into yourself and allow God to work through the things that have hurt and held you back from His will.

Module 1: Find Your Identity

How can you realistically set goals, get more out of life and have successful relationships if you don’t know who you are, WHOSE you are, or what you want? The answer? You can’t. Not knowing yourself will lead to confusion and wasting too much precious time flopping about without intention. Take an introspective journey matched closely with Biblical truth to learn how to have a true understanding of who you are. Find your personal identity, discover your deeply cherished values, and learn how to tap into your deepest passions. Find out who you want to be, how that fits within God’s will, and then chart the way forward.

Module 2: It’s Time for a Makeover on your Self-Concept

Once you understand yourself, you’ll give yourself a full self-concept makeover based on God’s direction for your life. You’ll discover the power of reevaluation on your past, building and maintaining unshakable self-esteem, being proactive about increasing your satisfaction in life, and determining who you really want to be.

Module 3: Break Free and Accept Yourself

It’s a beautiful thing when you can accept yourself without judgement. In this powerful section, you will learn what it means to be fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s image and to find true self-acceptance based on that. You’ll come to terms with who you really are, let go of past mistakes, and learn to forgive yourself. In this final section, you will learn how to leverage everything you learned so that you can fully unchain your you. You’ll dare to be yourself, reveal your true personality, find the courage to express your feelings, and share how Jesus has moved in your life. You’ll present yourself honestly, unlock the power of the Holy Spirit’s voice inside you, and develop the courage to create originality. To top it all off, you’ll create a compelling vision of the future for yourself.
